PSV brings first bid on Ruben van Bommel and Stevent at the Dutch Record deal

PSV does not let grass grow over it now that an agreement has been reached with Napoli on Noa Lang and has made a first bid for Ruben van Bommel at AZ, the intended successor to Lang. The bid of the Dutch champion transcends the bid that was previously released by the Italian Bologna and that was 15 million euros excluding bonuses.
