Currently our economic system in its entirety is working, a fact that was achieved after a stoppage in 2018 and 2019. The only thing that remains the same is high inflation, when I say that the system is working it is the fact that unemployment fell from 12% to 7% and poverty remained at 39% despite the problems typical of these years (unemployment measured by INDEC, while poverty in the measurement of the UCA because it is the only one that is maintains from 2015 to today).

We must understand that the problem with our economy is the high level of deficit it has and not the currency we have. Today that level of deficit is a direct consequence of the Convertibility that is maintained in the energy sector and in public transport in the AMBA that are under the effects of 1992 laws and ancient practices. By this we mean that we never corrected that part of Law 23948 that directly affects the pockets of the entire population in the country.

When we made the corrections and updated these laws, we achieved a reduction in production costs to pesos, that same year a final drop in inflation of 35% based on the drop in public services that hit all Argentines throughout the country. that after lowering the prices of gas bills first, then light and fuel that will lead to the elimination of economic subsidies to energy companies, achieving a drop in the deficit from 1.9% to 0.5%, making companies in the energy sector more profitable and raising their sale value to higher levels than the current ones if foreign businessmen wanted to buy them.

The public transport of passengers of AMBA must also carry out a new real calculation of the cost structure and will grant that they are profitable without subsidies at 7-8% per year after taxes, therefore the subsidies of the AMBA may be derived from the public transport of the interior that has more distances and fewer passengers to transport that really make them more onerous.

It also constitutes a great solution for our current economy and its problems, the reduction of the greenhouse effect (we are talking about the emission of gases, effluents and others) since it allows obtaining resources for itself as well as implementing a system of fines for those who do not comply with the derived laws. of the recommendations emanated by the different COP -being the next one this end of the year- from 1994 to the date that have constitutional rank and of which our country cannot not attend.

Knowing all of the above, bimonetarism would not be a solution but rather the deepening of the current problems since, as we previously stated, the level of subsidies is given by it (to those who say that between 2018 and 2019 the level of deficit was 0 % do not say that the subsidies were transferred to CABA and PBA with emission not assumed and transfer of that emission to the jurisdictions) and until necessary to resort again to international organizations that have already expressed that they are not going to make any more loans to our country; nor would a “supposed” dollarization solve the problem because by not solving the origin of the problem they would remain in dollars even leading to poverty levels similar to those of Ecuador of 60% (it only had it with Convertibility), unemployment of 14% and the need to borrow fully every 2 years. Although to do the latter, 130 deputies and 37 senators would be minimally necessary and if he intends to reach a free circulation of coins, he would need 180 deputies and 50 senators to agree to a constitutional reform.
