The Privé publishes photos of Martijn Krabbé that racet on a mobility scooter through Amsterdam-Zuid, but is that a molar from editor-in-chief Evert Santegoeds? “No, I really don’t like it.”
Martijn Krabbé is terminally ill and that is why all eyes are focused on the Golden Televizier-Ring Gala, where he will probably win the prize of best presenter for the first time. He would love to be there, if necessary on his mobility scooter, according to the presenter. What that looks like, shows private in the latest edition with a long photo reportage.
Scooter
A passer -by saw Martijn driving on the street in his mobility scooter, has taken several photos and sold them to the private. “That’s how Martijn Krabbé enjoys the late summer,” is the head.
The photographer in question was literally very much on Martijn: one of the photos is made from a meter from a car. “With the self -confidence that Amsterdammers is in the traffic, Martijn sends his mobility scooter through Zuid,” writes star journalist Jan Uriot.
At the suggestion
Jan thinks it is very good that Martijn is going out with the scooter. “He certainly does not do it when he sitting down. In Amsterdam-Zuid he is spotted daily on his mobility scooter. It happens in a flash, because the mobility scooter shoots through the streets at high speed.”
He continues: “Passers -by can hardly believe their eyes. Is it Martijn Krabbé or not? It is clear: Martijn is not going to grieve in a corner, but embraces life and makes it best.”
‘This is not neat’
Wilfred Genee is surprised about it. “Is this useful to put this on the private?” He wonders in the section In the corridors.
His guest Tina Nijkamp: “No, I don’t like it.”
Merel Ek: “Oh.”
Wilfred: “No, right? You shouldn’t do that at all?”
Tina: “No, I don’t think that’s. No, certainly not.”
“Let him win!”
Wilfred has been nominated for the same Televizier prize as Martijn. “And I can hope that the organization, whatever happens, lets him win, right?”
Tina concludes: “I think they really do that honestly. You can’t vote for it anymore, so they already know who is going to win. They can anticipate that, so that is handy, but it is already known who will win. They won’t cheat with that. They don’t do that.”
