Bayern boss is broken in the fibula

Usually he is always there at the games, now the Bayern president has to fit. Herbert Hainer cannot travel to Milan due to an injury.
At Bayern, the failures do not tear off – now it even hits the club president. Herbert Hainer broke his fibula on Sunday with a private sports unit. Previously, the “Bild” newspaper reported.
The 70-year-old will miss the Champions League quarter-finals against Inter Milan in San Siro on Wednesday evening. He will also be missing in the game of the Munich basketball players against Red Stern Belgrade on Tuesday.
Hainer is known as a loyal companion of the team and is usually at all international encounters on site. He also regularly attends the games of the Bayern basketball department in the SAP Garden.
How long the president will be missing is already clear: he has to wear a walking plaster for around six weeks. Hainer, who is considered to be active, still plans to return to the games soon – both in the Allianz Arena and the home appearances of the basketball players.
The time of Hainer’s failure coincides with a tense phase in the club. Several top performers are currently also missing from the professional team: Manuel Neuer (Wade), Alphonso Davies (cruciate ligament tear), Dayot Upamecano (cartilage op), Hiroki ITō (midfoot break) and Jamal Musiala (muscle bundle tear) are not available.
