The seat poll is not a prediction of the election result. It mainly gives an indication of the political relations at the time of the survey. About 309 residents of the province participated in the study. The data was collected from 17 to 27 February.
The margin is an average of 2 seats per party: the margins are slightly larger for the larger parties, and smaller for smaller parties. This means that it cannot be stated with certainty that, for example, the PvdA will lose seats, but that the FVD will lose seats compared to 2019.
Because the BBB has 3 seats more than the PVV, it is also likely that BBB is currently the largest party in Drenthe.
The results are weighted per province according to age, gender, education, employment and voting behavior in the 2021 parliamentary elections and thus provide a good picture of the proportions in the province.
