The police check everything: from the lights, to the brakes, to the bicycle bell. This is apparently necessary, because last year four out of ten bicycles were not in order. “Sometimes these are even new bicycles, straight from the store. Many bicycles are delivered without the necessary reflectors, for example,” says Inspector Steven.
