Paula Toselli, how were your beginnings in your profession?
My profession arose from the fascination with understanding human thought. When I graduated as a Systems Engineer at UTN Villa María in 2010, AI did not have the current popularity. I started a PhD in 2012, the death of my mother left that chapter unfinished, but my commitment never stopped, I continuedand working in research and business development through the GISIQ group. Two years ago I returned to my doctorate to close that cycle. From 2019 to the present, I develop my personal brand: one that promotes strategic AI, with a human perspective and strategic vision.
What are the services you provide as a professional?
My proposal has been refined over the years, evolving with the needs of the market and the learning of my clients. I offer one-on-one consulting where I work on specific needs, ensuring that technology enhances human capabilities. I also develop InCompany projects for companies with an AI First focus: intelligent automation, predictive analysis, multi-agents and governance. Finally, I provide training for teams that seek to level knowledge and develop strategic vision.
How do you project yourself for the medium term?
I project myself on four pillars: consolidate national and international presence with this humanized perspective; perfect the team formed this year, invaluable people for their commitment; build a nourishing ecosystem with clients and colleagues; and position myself as an authoritative voice, perhaps writing a book that documents my methodology. I am not looking for projection measured in turnover, but in depth of impact and legacy of knowledge.
What are your differentials in the sector?
What sets me apart is the combination of fifteen years of continuous experience, a comprehensive approach and the conviction about the role of people in any technological transformation. I’ve seen the field evolve from academic research to enterprise implementation, which gives me perspective on what really works. I approach each project strategically, asking what to solve and how it integrates with the business vision. AI is not a tool, it is a strategy and innovation that must serve people, making them more effective and creative.
If you were starting over, what would you do differently?
I am convinced that we travel the necessary paths to become who we are. As Steve Jobs says, “You can’t connect the dots looking forward; you can only connect them looking back.” I choose to continue looking forward, trusting that the current points will find their connection over time.
