On hot days you don’t want to spend too long in the kitchen, luckily you can make this salad in no time!
This is how you make it:
Cook the pasta as directed on the package. Meanwhile, cut the Cherry tomatoes in half, the nectarines into slices and the cucumber into cubes.
Drain the pasta when the pasta is cooked. Place the pasta in a bowl and divide the olive oil, balsamic vinegar and honey over it. Season additionally with some salt and pepper.
Toast the pine nuts or pumpkin seeds briefly in the pan. Then divide the nectarines, cucumber, cherry tomatoes and basil over the pasta. Then divide the Parma ham over the pasta and tear the mozzarella into pieces. Finish the pasta salad with some pine nuts or pumpkin seeds.
