TOn the 10th anniversary of the terrorist attacks that killed 132 people and injured 350 others in Paris, several dozen people gathered on the Place de la République for a candle. “I will carry the indelible mark of what I witnessed that night throughout my life,” says the mayor of Paris, Anne Hidalgo. «We didn’t realize it then. Now, every time we think about it, we cry and get chills”, comments Ariane Campmas, a twenty-seven year old who stopped by to pay her respects.
