Parachutist in danger after failed landing in Ledegem

The accident happened last night in the Kortwagenstraat in Ledegem. Witnesses saw how the man was in trouble with his main parachute around a quarter past eight. Not everything went as planned with the reserve parachute either and the man fell down on the street. (continue reading below the photo)

An expert from the public prosecutor’s office is now investigating what exactly went wrong.
