Swedish singer Pandora’s mother Sylvia Magnusson has died. Pandora, real name Anneli Magnusson, tells about it on Instagram.

Pandora has shared with the service moods from the blessing ceremony organized in Västerås. The photos show that Sylvia’s casket is covered with a cloth and topped with twine candles and a photo of Sylvia.

– Thank you for your time, dear mother. I believe you would have enjoyed the funeral service. It suited your character. The flowers were chosen to represent a blooming dove. Wild and beautiful, just like you. The songs we played were important to you in another way, Pandora writes in her update.

In her update, the singer describes the songs heard at the event. One of them was Arja Saijonmaan recorded in Swedish Jag vill tacka livetknown in Finnish as How can I thank you enough. The song played as loved ones said their last goodbyes by the casket.

– I still remember you at home in the kitchen when I was a child, singing the words with serious eyes. The memory was really strong and my siblings cried Mikon and Leon’s in the lap.

– Heaven is surely a calmer place now that you are there. Here on earth lives a bright memory of you. Until we meet again, your daughter Anneli, Pandora finishes her writing.
