ANDliana Michelazzo was acquitted “for not having committed the crime” in the criminal proceedings on involvement of a minor in the affair of the alleged Mark Caltagirone. This was established by the single judge Giulia Purcaro of the eighth criminal section of the court of Rome, recognizing the extraneousness of the former VIP agent to the disputed facts. As reported by FanpageMichelazzo would have had no role in choosing the child used – without his knowledge – to impersonate Sebastian Caltagironethe fake “son” of the mysterious man she was supposed to marry Pamela Prati. The whole affair, which had been discussed for months on talk shows and newspapers, ended with a full acquittal.
Pamela Prati: Eliana Michelazzo sunny for the Mark Caltagirone case
Reached by Fanpage, the former agent – defended by the lawyer Raffaele Rivetti –expressed relief at the sentence: «Living in Rome had become impossible for me. People moved away, companies turned their backs on me. They pointed the finger at me and today this sentence makes it clear that I was not involved. I was made fun of first. Now I just want to leave it all behind.”
Today Eliana Michelazzo lives in Ibiza, where she moved after realizing that she no longer had professional opportunities in Italy. «This story devastated me psychologically and professionally. But now I can look forward,” he added.
From the collaboration with Pamela Prati to the trial
Michelazzo had been remanded for trial in 2022 together with Pamela Perricciolowith whom he had managed the career of for years Pamela Prati. In 2023, Perricciolo had chosen the path of socially useful work, while her former colleague had decided to face the trial to prove his innocence. Today’s sentence gives her full reason, recognizing the total absence of responsibility in the involvement of the minor.
The chapter closed also for Pamela Prati
In 2024, the definitive dismissal of the complaint presented by Pamela Prati against her former agents also arrived. The investigating judge found that the entire operation was «a ploy used, with the victim’s consent, for promotional purposes».
A conclusion that closes, at least on a judicial level, what the press had dubbed “Pratiful” case, one of the most sensational and discussed media events on recent Italian television.
