“Our patience has run out”: CD&V takes Gennez to task because a master plan for youth care is not forthcoming

Flemish Minister of Welfare Caroline Gennez (Vooruit) came under heavy pressure in parliament from coalition partner CD&V because she has not presented her master plan for youth care. Today it emerged that the number of admissions to closed community institutions continues to rise.
