Ostend provides extra beds for the homeless. There are now 26 places in the night shelter and 10 more will be added, but the question is whether that will be enough. Yesterday they had to refuse 21 people who were looking for a place to sleep. It is striking that it mainly concerns people from Ostend itself, including many young people. If it freezes later, ten extra beds will be added.
