The consultation took a long time. Relaxed by the anesthetic, I said: “Since you cannot agree, I think it would be good to point out that there is a lawyer here who will immediately hold you liable in the event of a wrong cut.” The surgeon: “You forget I have a very sharp knife in my hands here.”
