We, six children, stand around my mother’s bed who will die within a few hours after a year and a half. We are sad, but we also accept the situation. Then comes the younger brother who had been on the road for a long time and the family is ‘complete’. He naturally gets priority to be close to his mother. He looks seriously and sits on her bed. There is not really a response, he looks even more delivery and says: “You can see that she is in pain.” To which his older brother says: “Do you find it crazy when you sit on her leg?”
