After being diagnosed with breast cancer a few years ago, a different lifestyle seemed desirable to me: losing weight, eating less and healthier, walking more and a activity tracker as a stick behind the door. When it could no longer be charged, I recently received a new tracker for my 75th birthday. It raised the bar even higher in terms of the number of steps to be taken, active minutes and so on, but there were also bright spots. My fitness age dropped to 70.5 years. And it didn’t stop there. Today was the first day of my six-day menstrual period.
