One hundred new homes in Dwingeloo one step closer

Dwingeloo seems to be preparing for the arrival of a hundred new homes. The municipality of Westerveld has reached an agreement on this with the project developer. The homes must be located in the Valderse district.

Different types of homes are being built (detached, semi-detached and terraced houses). Twenty out of every hundred new homes consist of social rental properties. Housing association Actium will deal with this, the municipality reports.

Councilor Roel Vedder (VVD) speaks of a ‘concrete next step’ in the process. He expects that the first shovel will be in the ground sometime next year.
