For a fatal arson attack at the Lutherhof in Hilversum, a 19-year-old Hilversummer heard two years of youth detention and youth TBS demand against him in the court in Utrecht on Tuesday. The fire in May 2021 killed the two residents, Marco Witkamp (49) and Vanessa Vos (48).
