While Oliver Glasner with Crystal Palace in the FA Cup is allowed to dream of the final triumph, rumors about a possible commitment to RB Leipzig are getting louder. The Austrian is considered one of the top candidates at the Red Bulls. Now Glasner has reacted to the ongoing speculation.
The frame data is clear: Oliver Glasner actually has a contract with Crystal Palace until summer 2026. And yet the former Bundesliga coach is recently associated with RB Leipzig.
The reasons for this are obvious: At VfL Wolfsburg (2019 to 2021) and Eintracht Frankfurt (2021 to 2023), he delivered a good job, and was even a European League winner with the Hesse 2022. And: As someone who knows the RB smithy from his time at Red Bull Salzburg (2012 to 2014), Glasner fulfills an important criterion.
