At a former bank office on the Ettenstraat in Beilen, the windows were smashed last night. The inside of the building is smeared and destroyed.
There is a lot of glass on the ground around the vacant building. According to a local police officer, the furniture and inventory inside the building have been destroyed. In addition, people relieved themselves in different areas. “It looks like youth or homeless people were staying in the building.”
The municipality of Midden-Drenthe will close the building. Police are investigating the vandalism.
