Offended magistrates of Assisen process about Babymoord do not withdraw: cassation must now decide

The chairman and the two assessors of the assize process around the Babymoord in Tongeren-Borgloon have decided not to accept the request for wrecking that was submitted by the defense on Wednesday. The Court of Cassation will therefore have to consider the case. The process will only be resumed on October 22.
