NYPD Blue child star dies at 27

The cause of death of Austin Majors, known as a child actor, is unknown.

Known for the crime series NYPD Blue Austin Majors is dead, says CNN. Majors was 27 years old when he died.

The sad news was confirmed to the CNN news site by Majors’ sister Kali Majors-Raglin by e-mail.

Majors died on Saturday, February 11. His cause of death is unknown, but is being investigated by the medical examiner.

Majors’ family describes him as an “artistic, brilliant and kind” person.

– Austin experienced great joy and pride in his acting career. From a young age, he did not reject anyone and his goal in life was to make other people around him happy, the family adds.

Majors made his acting breakthrough in 1999 when he was seen playing Theo Sipowicz, the son of the main character Andy Sipowicz. He was only 4 years old in the first episode.

Majors appeared in a total of 48 episodes of NYPD Blue, according to IMDB.

In addition to this, he made numerous smaller appearances in various TV shows. The last performance was in 2009 in the Ensisilmäyll series.

Majors also made YouTube videos and music.
