Serbian in four sets too strong for Nick Kyrgios
LONDON – Novak Djokovic (35) has won Wimbledon for the seventh time in his career and for the fourth time in a row. The Serb defeated Nick Kyrgios in four sets in the final: 4-6, 6-3, 6-4 and 7-6 (3). He also recorded his 21st Grand Slam victory, placing him just one behind record holder Rafael Nadal. His seventh overall victory on the sacred grass has put him on a level with his idol Pete Sampras, who also won Wimbledon seven times.
