The District Court of the Northern Netherlands is struggling with a network failure. The courts in Rotterdam, Gelderland and Overijssel also report the network problems. As a result, they are also less accessible by telephone.

“Our IT department is doing its best to solve the malfunction as quickly as possible. You may be less able to reach us,” the courts said on social media.

The implications for pending lawsuits are unknown. Despite the loss of WiFi connections and failing printers, several sessions continue.

The Court of the Northern Netherlands has offices in Assen, Groningen and Leeuwarden.
