The rules of the game are simple:
1. Nominate someone in care that you care about.
Nominations are possible up to and including Sunday 8 May 2022.
2. You can nominate as many times as you want, however, each nomination must be unique, so 1 nomination is possible per email address. To avoid unfair nominations, you cannot nominate yourself using your own email address. So always use a unique email address for the nominee.
3. The person you nominate must work in healthcare. You do not have to work in healthcare yourself.
4. You will receive an e-mail with your nomination, you must first confirm this in the confirmation request that you receive by e-mail,
only then will the person you nominate see your nomination.
5. If the nomination is accepted, you will both participate in this Day of Care giveaway.
6. You and the nominee both have a chance to win a delicious chocolate gift box.
We will reward 50 declarants and 50 nominees with the most nominations and based on originality.
It is therefore not certain that you and the nominee will always both receive a gift box!
The 100 winners will be announced no later than May 10, 2022.
