No reception for your child for today’s strike: 82 percent of schools remain open

Today’s strike will have little to no impact on the functioning of the schools, according to a sample survey of OVSG, the education association of cities and municipalities. In 82 percent of schools there is no impact, but the remaining 18 percent will not close either. That is in stark contrast to the strike of January 13, when 34,000 teachers stopped and almost 40 percent of the schools closed their doors.
