Loneliness, disadvantaged, reducing services in villages, these are all problems that notice family help employees with their clients. The service therefore asks local authorities to ensure more social connection.
“Our carers and housekeeping aids notice every day with many customers that people can feel lonely. Together with the local authorities, we want to break that,” says Nancy Craeynest, Family Help regional director.
