There are no indications that the woman from Assen who may have been dead in her home for months were killed by a crime. The investigation into her death has been completed, the police said.
The woman was found on July 15 in her house on Oldambtstraat. She lived here with her daughter. Agents visited the house last month, because Housing Corporation Actium had expressed worries about the state of women.
The daughter had not reported anywhere that her mother had died. Local residents say that communicating with the daughter was difficult because of her disability.
