Dozens of elderly people (some well over eighty) have been shivering in their sheltered housing in IJsselstein for more than seven days: no heating, no hot water. They try to brave the cold in thick sweaters, under piles of blankets and with electric heaters. The owner and manager reportedly mainly look to each other for a solution to the problem.
