The Easter days are over and the chocolate lectures are now considerably discounted. Nienke makes good use of that. She rushes during her lunch break in the direction of baker Jongerius in the Stadshart. Fortunately, there is still the chocolate bait on the counter in the store on which she has aimed. “Here I find the chocolate the tastiest in Zoetermeer.”

The Easter days are over, but that doesn’t matter to Nienke. In fact, after Easter Monday, shopkeepers often praise their chocolate items. Nienke has set her sights on the giant tenderloin of the baker, and she is lucky.
Little one from my mother
For the Easter days, Nienke received the same chocolate posses from her mother, but in a smaller size. “I ate a few pieces of it every day, so that I could enjoy it for as long as possible,” she says. “I think youngerius has the tastiest chocolate, but of course I don’t have to eat too much.” Her eye fell on the Easter Bunny in the large size. But paying 38 euros for the sweet delicacy she thought a bit. “I just waited for the Easter days, hoping that nobody was ahead of me. And yes, he is still there.”
Melt in the sun
Nienke works as a saleswoman at Flying Tiger in the Stadshart. She can’t wait to eat her chocolate needs at home after her working day. “I chop it in pieces and keep it in the cupboard. I would like to put it on the windowsill, but of course it may not melt in the sun.” Nienke is looking forward to the evenings behind her laptop, enjoying the small pieces of chocolate with a glass of icetea. “I want to take three to four weeks to eat it completely. At least, that’s the intention,” she says with a smile.
