The German ice hockey star Leon Draisaitl fell behind in the NHL final series with the Edmonton Oilers. The third game clearly went to the Florida Panthers.

Draisaitl, who had met in the first two duels, remained pale this time and without scorer. Brad Marchand, who had decided the second game in the second overtime, put the Panthers in the lead after 56 seconds. After the 1-2 goal by Edmontons Corey Perry (22nd) at the beginning of the second third, the hosts, in which Nico Sturm was once again not used, turned up decisively.
