US President Donald Trump’s controversial plan to build a decadent ballroom on the site of the now demolished east wing of the White House has already led to a lot of criticism. The National Trust for Historic Preservation is now going a step further and suing Trump. The historic preservation NGO is demanding that the project, which is estimated to cost $300 million (or €255 million), be temporarily halted.
