The Philadelphia Eagles won the Super Bowl rematch with the Kansas City Chiefs and remain the measure of all things in the NFL.

Led by quarterback Jalen Hurts, the Eagles won 21:17 against the defending champions on Tuesday night (November 21, 2023) and after ten games they have nine wins and one defeat. It was the third defeat of the season for the Chiefs around star playmaker Patrick Mahomes.

Hurts runs into the end zone himself twice

Hurts ran two touchdowns himself and after the game also thanked the strong defense, which didn’t allow any points for the Chiefs in the second half.

“They played a great game. It’s about having fun. No matter what happens, we’ll find a way to win,” Hurts said. Mahomes was pale by his standards with two touchdowns thrown and 177 yards.

It was also the first win ever for Eagles center Jason Kelce against his brother Travis, who, however, moved up to tied for fifth place on the all-time list among tight ends with his 74th career touchdown caught.
