Disappointment instead of catching up: World champion Pascal Wehrlein loses the new title win in Formula E more and more.

The Porsche pilot narrowly missed the points at the E-Prix in Jakarta, Indonesian on Saturday, his rival Oliver Rowland (Nissan) won at least one point as tenth. The Briton expanded its already huge lead at the top of the driver’s ranking: 69 points now separate it from the second -placed weir.

In theory, Wehrlein can still catch up with this deficit, but the Germans are slowly running out of the Germans: in Berlin (July 12/13) and London (July 26/27) there are still two World Cup runs. Rowland, which had started an outstanding start of the season, now offers a surface of the attack: for the third time in a row, he now clearly missed the podium, but Wehrlein also scored too uncontinent.

In Jakarta, German did a weak qualifying, and this was followed by another setback: because of the slow journey, Wehrlein received a three-place penalty, only went into the race from 17th place-right behind Rowland. Both worked towards the front in step, but wehrlein did not get past the competitor despite energetic attempts.

The racing victory went to the British Dan Ticktum (Cupra) ahead of Edoardo Mortara (Mahindra) and Nico Müller (both Switzerland/Andretti). The German Maximilian Günther (DS Penske) resigned prematurely after an accident.
