★★★★ It is rare to find a movie that, without resorting to special effect, achieves an immersive experience for the viewer. Here we are in a hotel kitchen, on the most complex night of the year, with many people working intensely, with a chef who has built a lot and who depends on everything being perfect, and with a health inspector who puts everything in check, not to mention the sometimes crazy demands of the diners. With a constant rhythm and enormous precision, the film builds and introduces us to that world, and little by little it generates -with a lot of humor, but also with a lot of tension- a climax with a satisfying tone: it is as it should be and it becomes him with perfect steps. Like any good movie, we forget that it is a movie, that we are in the cinema, that these characters do not exist. The small feat of this film consists in its truth.
