Calvin Klein has appointed Jonathan Bottomley as Global Chief Marketing Officer.

Bottomley will take up his new position on June 6, Calvin Klein parent PVH announced on Thursday. He reports directly to Trish Donnelly, CEO, PVH Americas & Calvin Klein Global.

New head of marketing comes from L-Catterton

Bottomley previously worked at bed linen retailer Boll & Branch. He was also the head of marketing for the company, which belongs to the investment company L-Catterton. He also served as Chief Marketing Officer Ralph Lauren.

“Jonathan is a very experienced and disruptive marketing executive. He has a proven track record of building global teams capable of adapting to the opportunities of a digitally driven marketing mix and has the ability to bridge commercial and sophisticated brand elements,” said Donnelly. “Jonathan’s leadership skills will help us score with consumers and further increase our brand relevance by leveraging the strengths of the Calvin Klein brand.”
