If you think you can find your device, you can have it temporarily shut down due to loss or theft through customer service. If you find your device, you can call our customer services again and have your line opened. In this case, if your eSIM profile has not been deleted from your device without your knowledge, you can start using your line without any further action.

If your SIM profile has been deleted, you can continue to use your number by re-installing an eSIM profile on your line through our dealers, offices, or corporate customer representative for our corporate customers.

If you cannot find your device, you can reuse your number by changing your sim card, either physically or with eSIM, depending on whether your new device has eSIM feature or not.
