The Hives announced a new record on Tuesday (April 1st). “The Hives Forever The Hives” is the successor to her comeback album “The Death of Randy Fitzsimmons” (2023) and will be released on August 29. As the first new song, “Enough is Enough” can be heard.
The thirteen pieces of the new LP were recorded in Sweden in cooperation with the producers Pelle Gunnerfeldt and Mike D by the Beastie Boys. Josh Homme from Queens of the Stone Age also stood by advice and action. “Enough is Enough”, the first single release of the album, is accompanied by a video that was recorded in Bucharest and in which the band slips into various combative roles under the direction of Eik Kockum.
The Hives in her own words about your new song: “Who, who is still a clear mind, would start a song like this? Nobody except the Hives. You are back faster than you expected, and you have enough of everyone at this point.
