Nadine Visser’s second place gives the Netherlands a lot of points

With a second place in the hundred meter hurdles, Nadine Visser has gained fifteen points for the Netherlands. The athlete from Hoogkarspel clocked a time of 12.81 seconds at the European Championship for national teams in Poland.

Nadine Visser saw that only Pia Skrzyszowska crossed the finish line a little earlier. The Polish recorded a time of 12.77 seconds.

Earlier in the day, Timme Koster took four points for the Netherlands. The hurdler from Egmond aan den Hoef finished thirteenth.

The European Championship for national teams started yesterday on Friday. One of the highlights was the victory of pole vaulter Menno Vloon. De Zaankanter was the only one to jump over a height of 5.85 meters.

The Netherlands started this second day at the European Championship for national teams in fourth place. A total of sixteen countries are participating and the three bottom countries are relegated from the top division.
