Pekka Ulmanen, known as the keyboardist of the band Se, has died, reports Keskisuomalainen.
Musician Pekka Ulmanen is dead, reports Central Finland.
Born in 1958, Ulmanen was known, among other things, as the keyboardist of the band Se from Jyväskylä. Ulmanen went through the band’s ranks under the name PA Ulmanen.
The frontman of the band Se, Yari aka Jari Knuutinen, told about Ulmanen’s death in a post published on Thursday morning in his public Facebook update.
– Pekka was very musical and had a sense of style. He already wrote better stories than me during his school days, but he never found a channel for his creativity. If he hadn’t been such a good guy, he would have gotten the boot already in the early days of SE, because he did a lot of things for the band, Knuutinen writes in his long update.
