A man on a mobility scooter was seriously injured on Wednesday evening after he was hit by a van on the Ringbaan Noord. The man was rushed to hospital.
The man crossed the Ringbaan Noord around seven o’clock to the Parallelweg. A van was driving on that road. However, the driver overlooked the man.
The man was seriously injured in the collision and was rushed to hospital. The mobility scooter was completely shattered.
The police are investigating the collision. The Parallelweg is closed.
