More women have reported to the police because they have been harassed or mistreated by a man on a scooter in the IJsselmonde district of Rotterdam. In total it is now ten victims between the ages of 11 and 24. “The first report was on July 7 and the last report we received on 3 September. Five of those women report mistreatment,” said the police.
