Minister of Defense Theo Francken (N-VA) has reached a social agreement with the army unions. Francken reports this together with the number one of the army, Frederik Vansina, on a press conference on Saturday. “The biggest investment in defense personnel ever,” Francken is on the chest. Striking: three of the four unions still have to sign the agreement.
