Dafter the dolphin Mimmoor Nane as it was renamed, in the Venice Lagoon made its appearance last Sunday a specimen of monk seal. Video of the sighting was posted to the Facebook group Fishing in the lagoon and seaat sunset, near the Bocca di Porto del Lido. A similar specimen was seen about ten days ago in front of the beach of Ravenna.
