Mister Spex is expanding its offer to have a new subscription model for glasses. “Mister Spex Switch”, the name of the body offer, is now available in all 65 stores in Germany, the Berlin glasses dealer said on Wednesday. Previously, the model was tested in four stores in a six -week pilot phase. During this period, more than 70 subscriptions were completed.
With the scalable model, Mister Spex offers its announcement: more flexibility in the inside of the glasses. Subscribers receive subscribers from nine euros a month: Inside access to two to three models that can be used simultaneously- optionally correction or sunglasses. After a runtime of twelve months, there is the possibility to exchange one of the models for a new design as part of the subscription.
In addition, a service package is included that is designed for long -term use and comfort. All glasses in the subscription are insured against theft and loss, but in the event of damage there is a deductible. If the prescription changes by at least 0.5 diopters, the glasses are adjusted free of charge.
“With Mister Spex Switch we create a system of real customer proximity. Our vision is to make eye -optical care as flexible, accessible and reliable as the reality of our customers’ reality of life,” said Tobias Krauss, CEO from Mister Spex. “The subscription model is an expression of this claim-and another step on our way to sustainable growth and real service guides.”
One reason for the decision in favor of the subscription model are in particular the increasing cost of living and the cautious consumption mood in Germany. The offer should be announced: on the inside a predictable and at the same time accessible option for buying glasses. According to the company, the subscription model promotes recurring sales, increases the frequency of visit to the stores and facilitates access to premium products. Thus, it contributes to strengthening customer loyalty and profitability.
