And although you have lost your money, the contractor can sometimes simply start working again, under a different company. Minister of Justice Paul Van Tigchelt (Open Vld) wants to put a stop to this type of abuse and is launching a ‘blacklist’ of rogue entrepreneurs. “Now everyone can check whether or not an entrepreneur has been banned from being a director.”
