This winter break the collaboration between Djordje Mihailovic and AZ appears to be coming to an end. The club has announced that the attacking midfielder will be given the space to complete a transfer.
Mihailovic came over from the Canadian CF Montréal in 2023. AZ paid six million euros for the American footballer, but he never managed to break through in Alkmaar. This season he only played eight Premier League matches for AZ, mainly as a substitute.

Training camp
Today AZ left for a training camp to Marbella, Spain. A total of 28 players boarded the plane today. The young goalkeepers Tristan Kuijsten and Kiyani Zeggen are joining AZ for the first time at a training camp. Youth players Dave Kwakman, Kees Smit and Jayden Addai are also part of the selection.
