Ski icon Therese Johaugin known as manager by Jørn Ernst is alleged to have been involved in over one million euro land grabs in Norway.
The construction company Balanse Hus has filed a lawsuit against its former employee Already Ivar Sponås against. The company accuses him of disloyalty and misuse of company funds. Ernst is alleged to have helped Sponås in questionable deals.
The pattern went like this: When Sponås worked as a project manager and salesperson for Balanse Hus, he looked for plots of land for the company and entered into purchase options with the plot owner. The transaction amount and back limit for the transaction were recorded in the contract.
After the deal, Sponås started looking for a buyer for the plot. If one was found, Balanse Hus used the purchase option at the agreed price and then sold it on to the buyer it found.
Ernst was involved in the scheme in that he bought lots from Balanse Hus. But he didn’t buy them for himself, instead he sold the plots on to the next person with huge profits.
Ernst and his wife bought a total of 13 plots from Balanse Hus and then sold them on. Profit from the deals totaled 11.3 million kroner, or more than one million euros. Ernst, on the other hand, shared half of the profits with Sponås.
CEO of Balanse Hus Erik Myhren according to him, the problem is that he gave Sponås permission to make only two deals with Ernst. Ernst disagrees.
– Erik Myhre claims that he did not know about the cooperation with me and says that he only knows of two deals. It is completely wrong and an outright lie, Ernst downloads.
According to Balanse Hus, Sponås and Ernst forged a million dollar account by taking advantage of the company’s purchase options. Therefore, the company is now claiming the profits from the deals for itself, so that it filed an 11.3 million kroner lawsuit against Sponås.
Ernst cannot understand Balanse Hus’ view that the profits belong to the company.
– Why would I take the risk, finance it and work hard if all the profits went to Balanse Hus? This is absolutely absurd, Ernst thundered.
