Javier Milei has two very special connections. To communicate with the celestial pet, the President has his sister Karina as an intermediary, an expert in angelic channeling, that is, in speaking with the dead. The person who introduced the general secretary to the art of conversing with animals – even those that are on another plane – is the “interspecies medium” Celia Melamed, who defines herself this way because she brings two different species into contact, human beings and dogs. It is through Karina – Melamed’s apprentice – that Milei dialogues with Conan and, through his dog, with God, whom the libertarian confidently calls “the One.”
The second connection that the President achieved in recent weeks is much more mundane: it is his excellent connection with Donald Trump, largely responsible for the bailout of 40 billion dollars from the US Treasury that helped the Government reach the elections with air and life, which he then unexpectedly won. Just as Karina mediates with Conan, the one who acts as a liaison with Uncle Donald is the other member of the so-called Iron Triangle, Santiago Caputo. The star advisor hangs the medal for having achieved that providential financial rescue of the North because it was two close friends of his, the lobbyist Leonardo Scatturice and his North American partner Barry Bennet, an old friend of Trump, who organized the two meetings between the libertarian and the Republican in the run-up to the elections, which led to the shocking economic aid that changed the scenario and probably the result.
It is already known that the coexistence between Karina and Caputo is disastrous and that the sister is tired of the protagonism and intrigues of the counselor, who in the hours before October 26 circulated the version that he would assume a super ministry starting on Monday the 27th in a kind of “takeover” of the libertarian administration, which would become dependent on him thanks to the bailout he had obtained from the United States. But none of that happened. Karina prevented it, who is the one who continues to decide.
How much longer can the two coexist in the same government? When will the time come when Milei has to choose between them? It’s a delicate matter, of course, because both are essential in your head. Karina because she communicates it with Conan and God. And Caputo, because he does the same with Trump and the Treasury money.
